Overview

The Login Attempt Guard Module feature is created to improve the safety of your Perfex CRM by keeping an eye on and limiting unsuccessful login attempts. It safeguards against unapproved entry by locking out accounts after a certain number of unsuccessful login tries, successfully reducing the risk of brute-force attacks.

Benefits:

• Defense Against Robust-Force Attacks: This component restricts the quantity of unsuccessful login attempts, thwarting unauthorized entry via robust-force assaults by sequentially locking accounts following multiple unsuccessful login attempts.
• Easy Unlock Process: Administrators have the ability to swiftly unlock accounts from the Locked Staff List, enabling users to restore access without the requirement for intricate technical assistance.
• Adjustable Limits and Duration of Lockout : Administrators have the ability to customize the permissible number of failed login attempts and the length of the lockout period, allowing for adaptability to address particular security requirements of the organization.

Installation Guide:

1. Log in to PerFex CRM as an administrator.
2. Navigate to Setup > Modules.
3. Select the extracted upload.zip at Module installation selection prompt and press Install.
4. You’re all set!
